Waverly man faces five felonies in the Town of Cameron, NY State Police arrest

Alleged sale of weapons to a minor on the list of charges

By Andrew Harris A weapons arrest has resulted in five felony charges against Alexandar S. Vanderpool, age 22, of Waverly NY. New York State Police reported the arrest in the town of Cameron on Tuesday July 25. Vanderpool was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon and two counts related to possession of high capacity ammunition magazines. Another felony charge was filed by state police for selling a weapon to a minor, a class C felony in New York. The accused was held according to the report and below are the specific crimes Vanderpool was charged with: PL 265.01-B E F CRIMINAL POSSESSION FIREARM 2 PL 265.02 08 D F CRIM POSS WEAP 3RD-AMMO CLIP 2 PL 265.16 C F CRIM SALE FIREARM TO A MINOR 1
