VII. RECOMMENDATIONS –

Appoint Jaxson Crook as Swim Team aide for the 2023-2024 school year.
Approve the seasonal application of pesticides, by a New York State licensed applicator of pesticides, vendor to be determined at a later time pursuant to District procurement policy at the C-G campus. Said is in accordance with its rules and regulations and the application would be not more than four times between March 1, 2024 and November 30th, 2024.

Accept the second reading and adoption of policy #1510 Regular Board Meetings and Rules (Quorum and Parliamentary Procedure).

Accept the second reading and adoption of policy # 2110 Orienting and Training Board Members.

Accept the second reading and adoption of policy #5130 Budget Adoption.

Accept the second reading and adoption of policy #5140 Administration of the Budget.

Approve the second reading and adoption of policy #3271 Solicitation of Charitable Donations.

Approve the second reading and adoption of policy #3110 Media/Municipal Governments/Senior Citizens.

Approve the second reading and adoption of policy #6213 Registration and Professional Learning.

Accept the $2000 donation made by Allstate Foundation for Boys Soccer.

Approve the overnight Music Trip to Boston, MA on May 24^th and 25^th, 2024.

Approve Hillary McCaffrey MOU for the period covering July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2027.
