VII. RECOMMENDATIONS –

  1. Appoint Jaxson Crook as Swim Team aide for the 2023-2024 school year.
  2. Approve the seasonal application of pesticides, by a New York State licensed applicator of pesticides, vendor to be determined at a later time pursuant to District procurement policy at the C-G campus. Said is in accordance with its rules and regulations and the application would be not more than four times between March 1, 2024 and November 30th, 2024.
  • Accept the second reading and adoption of policy #1510 Regular Board Meetings and Rules (Quorum and Parliamentary Procedure).
  • Accept the second reading and adoption of policy # 2110 Orienting and Training Board Members.
  • Accept the second reading and adoption of policy #5130 Budget Adoption.
  • Accept the second reading and adoption of policy #5140 Administration of the Budget.
  • Approve the second reading and adoption of policy #3271 Solicitation of Charitable Donations.
  • Approve the second reading and adoption of policy #3110 Media/Municipal Governments/Senior Citizens.
  1. Approve the second reading and adoption of policy #6213 Registration and Professional Learning.
  • Accept the $2000 donation made by Allstate Foundation for Boys Soccer.
  • Approve the overnight Music Trip to Boston, MA on May 24th and 25th, 2024.
  • Approve Hillary McCaffrey MOU for the period covering July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2027.
