Honoring Mick Palmesano and Families Afflicted with ALS

From Racalto’s Restaurant

We are very pleased to announce Racalto’s Round-Up. Each time you dine with us, you have the option to round up your check, with the extra amount being donated to a different cause each month. Starting June 1st, our featured charity is Palmesano Strong.

Named after Mick Palmesano, who tragically lost his life at 50 to ALS—one of the cruelest afflictions—Palmesano Strong was founded by Mick’s parents, Mike and Suzy, and his sister, Peggy. This charity helps families caring for their loved ones with ALS, and we are proud to honor Mick’s memory by supporting this cause.

Mick, a Hornell native, was an amazing man with unmatched character. He was kind, humble, and a defender of those without a voice. Mick was our friend, a father, a husband, and a son. His courageous fight with ALS has inspired so many people.

We are 100% behind Palmesano Strong and believe they are truly deserving of June’s round-up donations. For more information about Palmesano Strong, please visit https://palmesanostrong.org If you or someone you love has ALS, please visit www.IAmALS.org for more information on how you can help.

To participate in Racalto’s Round-Up, simply let your server know you’d like to round up your check.

Next month’s Racalto’s Round-Up charity will dedicated towards veterans in crisis.

Racalto’s is dedicated to uplifting the community through goodwill and delicious food. We humbly ask for your patience as we continue to get grounded.
