Chief Amidon reminds motorists, kids, and parents to be safe and “use your manners!”

The Village Of North Hornell Police Department would like to wish the children and residents of North Hornell a Happy and Safe Halloween Night! The hours in the Village of North Hornell are from 6pm to 8pm. We would like to remind motorists to slow down and use caution when driving the streets of North Hornell.
Also trick or treaters please be careful wearing poor visibility masks and dark costumes and make sure to carry a light to help see when walking. Parents always make sure to check your children’s candy prior to eating. Most importantly have fun and use your manners!
