North Hornell Police Department announces latest grant funding

Over $160,000 in grants have been secured in 2024

The Village of North Hornell Police Department is excited to announce another funding award received from the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program in the amount of $9,900.00 to support the purchasing of new office furniture for the police department including a new desk, secure lockers for the officers, storage cabinets for equipment, an evidence storage unit and chairs.

The Village of North Hornell and the North Hornell Police Department are thankful for these grant funds and will continue to search and execute grant opportunities to assist with taxpayer savings.  The Village of North Hornell Police Department has secured six grants over the last year in the amount of approximately $160,000.00.
