Perry is known as an innovator, collaborator, and leader at Noyes Health

Ashley began her nursing career at Noyes Hospital in 2009 in the Medical Surgical Department before dedicating nine years to the Intensive Care Unit. Her passion for improving nursing practices through technology led her to become a Credentialed Trainer for the University of Rochester, where she educated Southern Region inpatient nurses, PCTs, and ancillary staff on the new electronic health record (EHR) system.

In her current role as Nursing Informatics Specialist, Ashley leads the way in nursing adoption, optimization, and utilization of the EHR. She serves as a vital liaison on IT-related nursing projects and collaborates across disciplines at Noyes and throughout the UR Medicine system. Her data-driven approach helps implement best practice guidelines that enhance efficiency, safety, and patient care quality. Ashley is widely recognized for her innovative spirit, collaborative leadership, and commitment to regulatory excellence.

Outside of work, Ashley is passionate about fitness—she’s an avid swimmer, cyclist, runner, and weightlifter. More than anything, she loves spending time with her daughter and making the most of life’s everyday moments.
