NO BAIL: 29 year old Dansville man attacked minor

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on May 23, 2025, investigators of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tylor E. Cicero, age 29, of Meter Road, Dansville, New York, in response to a report of a rape in the Town of Dansville. It is alleged that Mr. Cicero provided persons under the age of 18 with cannabis, and then had forcible sexual intercourse with one of those persons. Mr. Cicero was charged with Rape in the First Degree, a class B Felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Cicero was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and held without bail.
