A Look at the “Disclosure Project Briefing Document 2025”

This article focuses on the work of Dr Steven Greer who is an accomplished doctor who, in the 1980s, left a successful career as a trauma surgeon in pursuit of the truth about mankind’s involvement with extraterrestrial consciousness and life forms from outside of normal human experience and understanding. Dr Greer attributes his quest for exploration of the esoteric to a near death experience early in life and a subsequent close encounter with another worldly life form. That event permanently sparked a curiosity which eventually resulted in his leaving a lucrative medical career and founding the Global Disclosure Project in 1993. Dr. Greer spent the next 30 years as an accomplished researcher, author of several books, documentary filmmaker and truthsayer. Several US Presidents, high level agency and military leaders and foreign heads of state have been briefed on Dr. Greer’s proof (archive) of UFO / UAP involvement with the Earth and humanity. The archive is currently based on solid evidence and direct testimony from over 700 vetted and credible first hand eye witness accounts supported by thousands of documents.
After 30 years of independent investigations and ineffective government commissions studying the issue, public of information and failed attempts to present it to the world, secrecy has merely gotten tighter. Several congressional hearings and sworn testimony has skimmed the surface, but revealed very little regarding the actual downing and recovery of alien spacecraft, capture of dead and living ‘biologics’, as well as harvesting and reverse engineering of advanced technologies. Whistleblowers have reported on Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) that are based on high energy electromagnetic pulses, are in use with Neutrino particle sensing antennas to spot alien crafts dropping out of hyperspace and shooting them down. The illegal diversion of trillions of dollars, into unauthorized black projects, is financing the reproduction of UFO/ UAP vehicles and technologies. This is not conjecture or ‘conspiracy theory’ or sci-fi, it is documented truth and is actually happening!
The public has repeatedly been disappointed by the inability of government to penetrate the secrecy of their own top secret agencies and the high tech industries they are in bed with. We have introduced and discussed the importance of Extraterrestrial UFO/UAP disclosure in previous articles; however, the rapidly deteriorating international relations and increasing unrest on the very streets of our nation are spotlighting the urgent need for of truth knowledge and new solutions. New directions can release the underlying destructive tensions causing chaos, uncertainty, fear of world war and eroding away of our quality of life. Public access to zero point energy will change everything and give humanity the foothold on a secure present and hopeful future. That form of energy is being denied humanity by the same Military Industrial Complex that Eisenhower warned us of in his parting speech as President. Scientists and whistleblowers have been murdered over the keeping of these secret technologies out of the public domain and benefit. Dr Greer has developed the CE-5 protocol for contacting and calling in extra terrestrial / dimensional consciousness, which ultimately may be the only way the public will access what Nicola Tesla called “The Infinite Energy Field”. It was Buckminster Fuller who coached mankind,”Don’t fight what is; create something better that will change the world.” We the people need to ‘create something better’ by ‘making the unknown known’ it is a game changer that can heal the past, fuel the present and secure our future.
