Chase will succeed Dr. Bilal Ahmed as CMO of Dansville healthcare center

Dansville, NY — Noyes Health is proud to announce the appointment of Karin Chase, MD as its new Chief Medical Officer, following the departure of Dr. Bilal Ahmed from the role.

Dr. Chase joined the Noyes ICU team in January 2025 as a part-time critical care physician and quickly became a valued member of the medical staff. She brings experience and clinical expertise to her new leadership role, having completed dual residencies in Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine at Downstate Medical Center, followed by a Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC).

Throughout her career, Dr. Chase has held a variety of roles within the URMC system, demonstrating a deep commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and team collaboration. Her broad skill set and leadership experience make her an ideal fit to guide Noyes Health’s medical team into the future.
