“We all, from nations all the way down to the individual soul, need to set sail now, for a humane future.”

A COLUMN By Frederick Sinclair

The ‘Winds of Change’ are at our back and we the people need to seize the moment, rig humanity to capture the energy, set a course for an evolved future and embody the e-motion as our ship turns down wind. The world, as we know, and in many ways been forced to accept it, is rapidly changing, right under our feet.  Myriad openings present opportunities to escape seemingly insurmountable obstacles and control the accelerating chaos that currently plagues modern society. Populations of many nations are awakening to the loss of personal and collective freedoms, to failed governance, tyranny, greedy corporate and criminal cartels, as well as the war agenda of the military industrial complex.

Main Street Wellsville

Seemingly endless conflict and obvious lack of any righteous reason for war has destroyed massive regions and set entire populations adrift. Resulting death, destruction, famine, disease and homeless children starving to death is just no longer bearable to the psyche of humanity. Drug cartels, that have captured entire countries, are being eradicated. Powerful oligarchs and dictators are weakening, in their oppression of their populations. The banding  together, to maintain control and strengthen ideologies that  demonize ‘Western‘ culture, such as the alliance of Russia, China, and Venezuela, which  are a coalition which has backfired. The co-dependency on each other for oil and manufacturing is collapsing in multiple unique ways. Venezuelan leadership has been captured and imprisoned. Nationally sanctioned drug cartels are being treated as terrorist organizations and targeted for extermination. The population of Iran has ignited a revolt against the 50 year dictatorship. Political and religious suppression, severe inflation and economic collapse have led to millions of people taking to the streets, armed with Molotov cocktails. Police stations were overcome and the capitol taken over by a popular revolution. Iranian leadership has resorted to calling out the army against the population. Millions have taken over several cities and the workers at major ports in Iran have joined the resistance and traffic has been shut down. These ports are key components of the economic success of Iran, China and Russia. Major oil fields of Iran have also been taken over by the people and oil production and export, shut down.

Russia is in a weakened state from years of war with the Ukraine.  After loosing many thousands of workers (soldiers) in battle, and with hundreds of thousands of soldiers being deployed, Russian leadership has invited India to send hundreds of thousands of Indians to keep Russian manufacturing going. The influx of foreign workers has created a powder keg of unrest within Russian communities.   Russia is currently in no position to come to the aid of Venezuela or Iran. China is also weakened by the Iranian port closure and shutdown of the oil fields. Unrest among billions of Chinese is growing to the point of increased criticism of their dictator and oppressive regime. Decades under suppressive regimes is coming home to roost. China leaders have recently warned the US against any action to protect the Iranian people from their own army.

The United States of America is also sinking deeper into our own chaotic forms of political deviceciveness, social unrest, and economic decay. As we look at problems at home and abroad we can’t help but recognize that the world is coming apart at the seams. To add to the social unrest and tensions among nations, Mother Earth has been experiencing increased volcanic and seismic activity, at alarming levels, with record setting storm intensities, flooding, tornados, drought (fires) and physical disasters which are challenging the very fabric of society worldwide. The need for new cooperative arrangements between nations and our living environment is the only answer we have if humanity is to survive. The current consequences unfolding are revealing, that which no longer serves humanity. The unrelenting forces at play are the winds of change. We all, from nations all the way down to the individual soul, need to set sail now, for a humane future.
