HAT and garbage service will remain on schedule
From City Hall,
Hornell City Hall will be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
The Hornell Public Library will also be closed on Monday, January 19, 2026 for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Garbage collection will not be affected. Residents should put their garbage out on their normal mornings and nights.
The Hornell Area Transit System will be running its normal service on January 19, 2026.
