April 18-19 from 9am-5pm 5660 US Route 6 West | Ulysses, PA
Wild leek harvest planned, food and craft vendors on site
From the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum,
The Pennsylvania Lumber Museum will hold its annual Spring Show this weekend in beautiful Ulysses Pennsylvania. Antique vendors will be on-hand selling a variety of items like furniture, glassware, coins, books, clothing, and collectibles.
On Saturday (April 18) only, visitors can watch the museum’s re-created 19th century steam-powered circular sawmill in action as well as demonstrations of log skidding with horses.

All weekend long the site’s Eastern Loggers model railroad display and birch still will be operating. Museum volunteers will be cooking on the historic logging camp stove and providing visitors with tastings featuring wild leeks from 11am-2pm both Saturday and Sunday along with a wild leek harvest Saturday at 1:30pm and Sunday at 11:00am.

Local craft vendors will be set up outside, and food will be available on-site for purchase. Come for the fun and, perhaps, leave with a new treasured heirloom and a better understanding of the lumber and forest history of Pennsylvania.
Access to all museum exhibits and attractions is included in the price of admission to the show. Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for youth ages 4-12, and children under 4 are free.
