January is Frosty month. As we go through the month we are sharing previously Frosty Fund recipients.
Baby Luke/Barrett is a Frosty Fund recipient in 2011. This pup was dumped on the side of the road and needed medical attention because he was having neurological issues. With our Frosty Fund we were able to provide extra medical care for him. Barrett was then adopted into a loving family and was able to spend several years knowing what love was all about.
Limerick is a Frosty Fund recipient in 2019. This kitty came to us needing medical attention and with our Frosty Fund we were able to provide extra medical care for him. Limerick was then adopted into a loving family.

What is the Frosty Fund ?
January 1, 2022 marks the 13th Anniversary of the day Frosty walked through our door. We are reaching out to you because we need your support of this very important fund. Our Frosty Fund is set up to address medical needs of our shelter animals 
and to give us the opportunity to help with routine and emergency medical situations. In 2009 we created the Frosty Fund to help us offset ever-increasing medical costs and give shelter animals in need a second chance! When Frosty the dog was brought to our shelter, he showed signs of severe neglect and needed immediate medical care. Due to the outpouring of the community’s generosity, we were able to set up a fund to address these cases, which are all too familiar. Although Frosty suffered abuse and neglect at the hands of humans, he still had a heart of gold. 
His body recovered and he found a forever home! Frosty lived out his days knowing love and comfort thanks to the support from the community giving him the chance he deserved. Although Frosty is no longer with us, we continue to help animals with this great fund named in his honor.
