Please call one day prior for your next trip

From the City of Hornell,

Hornell Area Transit would like to inform residents, we will be changing our Dial-A-Ride service to require a 24-hour notice to reserve your trip.

The price will remain $3.00 per trip and this change will be effective January 2, 2025.

Riders should plan to call 607-324-7910 at least one day ahead to reserve your trip exceptions may be made for unexpected medical trips.

Return trips will continue to operate as they do currently, with riders calling to inform HAT dispatch they are ready to return, and a bus will pick up as available.
