Gach brings a wealth of experience in healthcare leadership, quality improvement, and community engagement, along with a deep personal connection to rural New York.
Robin Gach is a highly accomplished Quality Control Registered Nurse with extensive experience in policy development, customer service, and budgeting. Her career reflects a strong investigative working style, equipping her with critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for navigating the complexities of healthcare administration. She has a proven track record of fostering collaboration among diverse teams, ensuring all voices contribute to achieving strategic goals, and a commitment to excellence that aligns with Cuba Memorial Hospital’s mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care.
“I was born in New York and raised in the village of Wellsville,” Gach stated. “Even during the 45 years I was away, I never stopped calling New York my home. It has always been my aspiration to conclude my career serving rural New York communities.”
