The south end of Keuka Lake will be a buzz starting tonight with “StratCat Willie,” bluesman extraordinaire at the Music on the Park Series.

StratCat Willie has been playing the BLUES for several decades with some of the best musicians in the area and across the country.

Whatever “Strays” he gathers, you can bet that they will be cranking out nothin’ but the best in new and old BLUES! Grab your dancing shoes and enjoy Thursday Evening 6-8:00pm.

Finger Lakes Wine Month

A “wine in hand” tour of Hunt Country’s scenic vineyards in an authentic replica of the electric trolleys used locally during the formative years of the wine industry in the Finger Lakes happens August 20th. Art Hunt is famous for his engaging storytelling, knowledge of, and part in the history of the wine industry in the region. A truly one of a kind tour experience. This event takes place August 20th at 3 different time slots : noon, 1pm and 2pm. $15 per adult Includes one glass of wine per guest. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time. Limited seating.
Children(12 & under) are welcome at $8 per ticket, but tickets will need to be purchased over the phone: 1-800-946-3289.

Festival of Crafts and Summer Library Sale

The weekend activities in Hammondsport are a dream come true if you like street bazaars, wine, and/or thrifting! The 41st annual “Festival of Crafts” will be one of the most interesting outdoor street festivals in wine country this weekend. Crafters and shoppers will gather in the Hammondsport village square and there will be constant demonstrations by the artisans in attendance. A shuttle is available to and from the Glenn Curtiss Museum.

After the crafts, consider some thrifts!! The Hammondsport Public Library “Books Bags and Bling” sale runs daily through Sunday August 21st. “Gently used books, handbags, jewelry”
