Crafty Quilters create stunning raffle for the Dormann Library

The Dormann Library thanks the Crafty Quilters for the donation of this stunning quilt they will be raffling off in the fall along with matching pillowcases and, of course, a book. Crafty Quilters: Patty Eckel, Lucille Hess, Pam Krise, Kathy Krivitza, Nancy Kostalonski, Karen Lewis, Lee Lysyczyn, Diane Masters, Connie Monaco, Martha Saunders, Jo Slovak, Joan Sutfin, Joyce Swackhammer, Marsha Towner, and Marylou Young.

The Dormann Library is kicking off the fall season with a quilt raffle! The beautiful book-themed quilt and pillowcases were lovingly crafted and donated by The Crafty Quilters. Stop in the library to purchase your tickets through November 10.

All through September, our Spice of the Month, Grab and Go Crafts, In-Person Crafts, and Discovery Kids Storytime will be offered as usual, but here’s what’s new:

We’ll be celebrating International Dot Day on September 15. Young and old alike can stop by the library to make their mark!

A Paint-and-Sip will be offered twice on September 22 at 10:00am and 6:00pm for those 21 and up. All supplies and a glass of wine are complimentary.

We are offering two Résumé Building Workshops on September 13 at 11:00 and September 29 at 1:00. All are welcome to learn how to create an effective résumé.
