Will the championship streak continue for the running Wolves?
We are coming off of boys and girls sectional titles for indoor track in our inaugural season and looking to make some waves this outdoor track season. We won the class B4 championships for boys and girls in 2021 and won the class B5 championships for boys in girls in 2022. We are looking to extend that streak to 3 years on both sides. For the boys team, they won sectionals for cross country in the Fall, indoor this winter and are hoping to knock out the “triple crown” with an outdoor team title.
Last year Pierce Young respresented us (Arkport-Canaseraga) at the New York State championships in the 3000m steeplechase and placed 2nd in Division 2 and 6th overall. This year he returns as the top Division 2 steeplechaser in New York and is the 3rd fastest returner in the entire country.
