Steuben County Sheriff asks for public assistance in Wayland robbery investigation

Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard requests the public’s assistance to identify the person and vehicle shown below. The Sheriff’s Office is investigating a robbery that occurred at a retail property in the Village of Wayland on February 5th, 2023. We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual in the photo, a person of interest in the investigation, as well as the vehicle pictured below.
