Holiday festivities planned in Canisteo, NY on November 29
The Canisteo Community Support Group is preparing for our annual Christmas in the Village celebration, on November 29, 2025, in Canisteo NY. Each year, the group works closely with Canisteo-Greenwood School staff and local organizations to identify families in need during the holiday season.
In 2024, we were able to purchase Christmas gifts for 24 children. This year, the group hopes to reach even more families!
The group brings back all the holiday favorites, visits with Santa, horse and wagon rides, local business activities, craft/vendor show along with a basket raffle. Proceeds from the event will go directly toward purchasing gifts for local children, helping to make their holiday brighter.
The group hopes you will enjoy the spirit of the season while finding unique gifts, homemade treasures, holiday goodies, and supporting our local businesses. Stroll through the craft and vendor show to discover one-of-a-kind items and delicious treats that make perfect gifts for friends and family. By shopping local and participating in holiday activities, we help strengthen our community and create lasting memories together.
