NYS Police arrest Fed-ex driver for Greenwood crash

PA man faces four felonies in Willing Grand Larceny

On February 24, 2023, troopers in Wayland responded to a property damage accident at the Jasper-Troupsburg School in the Town of Greenwood. Troopers learned that a Fed-Ex box truck had driven over the sidewalk and into a tree in the parking lot. Troopers located the vehicle on Andover Street in the town of Greenwood and identified a male operator, age 38 of Elmira Heights. Troopers subsequently arrested the Fed-ex driver for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Controlled Substance not in Original Container, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.

The delivery driver was transported to SP Wayland for processing then released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Greenwood Town Court at a later date.

On February 28th, a 37-year old Houtzdale, PA resident was brought back to New York to face a bevy of charges in the town of Willing NY, south of Wellsville. The arrest included four felony charges after stealing more than $50,000 worth of personal property. Stormy L. Sutton was charged with the following:

*all those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in court
