The Main Street bistro opens today, Wednesday, August 30th!
New business hours will be Wednesday through Saturday 5pm – 9pm and we’ve made a few changes to how we the Rosebush will operate. It’s called “fast casual counter service,” and it works like this as explained by the Rosebush management:
The flow of ordering at The Rosebush operates via counter service. When you arrive, seat yourself at any open table. When you’re ready to order, simply come up to the bar where the “Order Here” signs are located and place your order with our counter servers! We will pass your drinks over to you right away.
Once you have your drinks, have a seat and relax. When your order is ready, we will call the name you gave the cashier when you ordered, and you can head on over to the pick-up area to pick up your food and get noshing! If you need more food and/or drinks, head back up to the bar and place your order with the counter server.
When you’re done enjoying your food and drinks, simply place your empty dishes in our designated bus area and your trash in the trash receptacle.
We do not take reservations, and all of our seating is first come, first served. Much of what we do here is made from scratch, and while we are hustling all the time, when the crowd shows up, things can take a little longer. We will always be transparent about wait times for seating and food, and we appreciate your understanding and patience, especially when it gets busy.
