A big thank you goes out to all those who have supported by attending the Hornell Area Wind Ensemble’s six concerts during their 40th season this past year! It was one of their most successful and celebratory years as they prepare to perform their final concert this Friday Evening, June 12th in downtown Hornell! HAWE will then be taking a break over the summer and resuming once again right after Labor Day.
With nearly 70 musicians from Steuben, Allegany, Livingston counties and beyond, the Hornell Area Wind Ensemble is under the watchful eyes of Jim and Donna Caneen of Arkport. It is professionally co-directed by Chris Lynn from Dansville and Ed Belin from Wellsville!
Come and join them in their final outdoor concert Friday evening at 6:45 PM in front of the Hornell Community Arts Center on the Broadway Mall. Bring a lawn chair and listen to the sounds of summer!
