Arrest of three for swastika graffiti is covered in “paper of record”

The Hornell Sun reported the news earlier this week: Three men had been arrested for spray painting 115 swastikas throughout the city of Hornell. The city took the offenses so serious that in addition to the NY State Police Bureau of Investigations, the FBI was called in.
